Job summary

Rudra Real Estate in Kanpur is seeking a Procurement Associate to assist in purchasing Civil, MEP and finishing materials for construction projects. You will collect quotations, prepare CS, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates have 2-5 years in procurement, a diploma or degree in materials management or supply chain, and good Excel/Word skills. Freshers with relevant knowledge may apply; ERP knowledge (FARVISION preferred) is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement; freshers with relevant knowledge may apply.
• Diploma or degree in Materials Management, Supply Chain or Procurement is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of construction materials is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the purchase of Civil, MEP and Finishing materials for construction projects.
• Support the team in collecting quotations, preparing Comparative Statements (CS) and checking rates.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, orders, deliveries and pending materials.
• Assist in vendor identification, development and basic rate negotiation.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain purchase-related records and documents.
• Coordinate with Site and Stores teams to understand material requirements and ensure timely supply.
• Maintain vendor details, quotations, purchase rates and delivery records.
• Support the Purchase Manager/Head in vendor finalization and day-to-day procurement activities.
• Learn and follow the companys procurement procedures, SOPs and approval process.
