Job summary

Kimirica Hunter International is seeking an experienced Executive / Senior Executive for Raw Material (RM) Purchase in Indore. The role covers sourcing, procurement, vendor management, and ensuring timely availability of raw materials for production while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end procurement, evaluate vendors, negotiate prices, monitor inventory, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Raw Material Purchase/Procurement.
• Experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Manufacturing or related industries is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials as per production requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with planning, production, and stores teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve supply-related issues.
• Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and purchase documentation.
• Track market trends, pricing, and availability of raw materials.
• Prepare procurement reports and MIS as required.
