Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Raw Material Purchase/Procurement, preferably in FMCG, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Manufacturing, or related industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in sourcing, vendor management, and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials as per production requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with planning, production, and stores teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve supply-related issues.
• Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and purchase documentation.
• Track market trends, pricing, and availability of raw materials.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.
• Prepare procurement reports and MIS as required.
