Job summary

Jobitus invites applications for a Purchase Executive located in Dabhel. The role requires 6–8 years of experience in pharma purchasing, with ERP proficiency and strong vendor management capabilities.

You will be responsible for sourcing quality materials at competitive costs, coordinating quotations, preparing purchase orders, and ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to ISO 13485 standards.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical is required.
• ERP software knowledge is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Proficient computer skills and tech-savviness.
• Pharma purchasing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Purchase quality material at minimum cost.
• Maintain vendor relationships.
• Update project cost sheet.
• Understand user requirements and propose options.
• Obtain at least 2 quotations for the same specification.
• Make purchase orders.
• Follow up with vendors for timely delivery.
• Documentation and vendor audits as per ISO 13485.
• Vendor audits under ISO 13485 are required.

• Maintain relationship with Vendor
• Updation of project cost sheet
• To understand User requirement & suggest two three different option.
• To bring at least 2 quotation for same specification
• To Make purchase order
• Follow Up with vendor on timely delivery of goods
• New VendorDevelopment
• Documentation as per ISO 13485
• Vendor Audit as per ISO 13485
