Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement for construction materials
• Coordinate with site teams to understand material requirements
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and suppliers

• Ensure timely procurement and dispatch of materials to sites
• Conduct rate comparisons and cost analysis for purchase decisions
• Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in purchase planning

• Strong knowledge of Bangalore construction materials market, vendors, and pricing trends
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
