Job summary

Sharp Facility And Placement is seeking an Engineer / Executive Purchase for Pune region. 0.6 to 5 years of experience in Purchase, with exposure to automobile components, vendor coordination, and PO processing. Immediate joiners are preferred.

The role involves sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining records. A BE / Diploma / Any Graduate is acceptable, with salary in the ₹25,000 to ₹50,000 per month range depending on skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Purchase Department experience is mandatory.
• 0.6 to 5 years of experience in Purchase.
• Experience in Automobile / Auto Components / Sheet Metal / Press Shop / Weld Shop / Auto Parts Manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day purchase activities and supplier coordination.
• Source materials from existing and new vendors.
• Collect and compare quotations from suppliers.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders.
• Follow up with vendors for timely delivery.
• Maintain purchase records and supplier-related documentation.

Required Candidate Profile

Knowledge of Purchase Order (PO), quotation comparison, negotiation and follow-up will be preferred.

Good communication and coordination skills.
