Job summary

TP in Chennai (Work from Office) seeks an experienced P2P Manager to lead end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, drive service delivery excellence, manage client relationships, and guide high-performing teams. Oracle Fusion ERP expertise and strong governance are essential for this role.

Ideal candidate will manage SLAs/KPIs, oversee governance meetings, and partner with stakeholders to deliver automation and transformation projects while ensuring quality and compliance in a US shift

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in P2P / Accounts Payable Operations.
• Current designation should be Manager on current payroll.
• Oracle Fusion ERP experience is mandatory.
• Experience in automation and transformation projects.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end P2P operations including Invoice Processing, Vendor Management, Payments, Reconciliations, and Month-End Close activities.
• Ensure adherence to P2P SLAs, KPIs, compliance requirements, and operational controls.
• Lead client interactions, governance meetings, stakeholder management, and escalation resolution.
• Drive team performance, employee development, and operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end P2P lifecycle.
• Oracle Fusion ERP experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of P2P SLA & KPI Management, Productivity & Quality Metrics, Operational Governance, Client & Stakeholder Management, Escalation Management, Touchless Processing & FPY.
• Experience managing large teams in Shared Services/BPO/GBS environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in US shifts.

Designation: Must be a Manager on current company payroll
