Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 15–20 years of experience in P2P Operations, Shared Services, Global Business Services, or Business Process Services.
• Extensive experience managing large-scale P2P delivery operations and global teams.
• Knowledge of: Requisition to PO Processing, PO Management, Accounts Payable Operations, Payment Processing.
• Proven track record of managing senior client stakeholders and complex delivery engagements.
• Experience in outsourced service delivery or shared services environments.

P2P Tower Leader – Procure to Pay Delivery

Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished P2P Tower Leader to lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay operations for global client engagements. The role is accountable for service delivery excellence, client relationship management, operational governance, process standardization, transformation initiatives, and team leadership within a business process services environment.

The incumbent will own delivery outcomes across the P2P value chain, drive operational efficiencies, ensure compliance and controls, lead high-performing teams, and partner with clients to deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership & Operations Management

• Lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay operations across multiple client engagements.
• Own service delivery performance against agreed SLAs, KPIs, productivity, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Drive operational excellence through effective governance, risk management, and process controls.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders, invoices, vendor queries, payments, and related P2P activities.
• Manage service continuity, issue resolution, and escalation management.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the senior point of contact for client procurement, finance, and shared services leadership teams.
• Lead governance forums, operational reviews, and executive business reviews.
• Build strong client relationships and drive customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and value-led discussions.
• Partner with client stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and business outcome improvement.
• Lead and develop large delivery teams across onshore and offshore locations.
• Drive people development, succession planning, capability building, and leadership coaching.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, customer centricity, continuous improvement, and innovation.
• Manage resource planning, workforce utilization, capacity management, and talent retention.
• Drive process improvement initiatives leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, automation, AI, and digital solutions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, improve compliance, and strengthen supplier experience.
• Lead transition and transformation programs, including process migration, standardization, and stabilization initiatives.
• Support deployment of global process templates and best practices across delivery locations.

Governance, Compliance & Controls

• Ensure adherence to client policies, regulatory requirements, audit standards, and internal controls.
• Monitor operational risks and implement corrective actions to mitigate delivery and compliance issues.
• Drive process standardization and governance across regions and operating units.

Required Qualifications
