• Internal Coordination and Operational Support (20%) – coordinate with sales, consulting, and customer success; track tasks and document processes.
• Research and Client Exposure (10%) – learn client requests and stay updated on psychometric content trends.

Intern – Psychometric Assessment – Content Company: Marsh

JD: Intern – Assessment Content Teams About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Psychometric Content Team. Psychometric Assessments design and delivery team works on designing assessments for clients’ basis their requirements for Hiring, Learning and Development initiatives, skill gaps analysis of employees, succession planning, etc. This role will support the development, review, and management of psychometric content (mostly behavioral content such as Situation Judgement Test, Inbox, etc.) and assessments based on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Management (40%) – The most important and critical aspect of the work is taking ownership of behavioral content creation through SMEs (subject matter experts) and via AI automation, reviewing content for quality parameters, logical correctness, and upload while coordinating with the operations team and maintaining the inventory of content for future reference.
• SME (Subject Matter Expert) Management (20%) – Explore new SMEs through different SME portals, for example, LinkedIn, networking, etc., and getting SMEs on-boarded for content creation/review for personality & behavioural tools and assessment requirements.
• Internal Coordination and Operational Support (20%) – Work closely with internal teams (sales, consulting, customer success) to support smooth execution of projects. This will include coordinating task tracking, follow-ups, operational requirements, maintaining standard documentation, and assisting with process-related activities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Research and Client Exposure (10%) – The intern will gain exposure to client requests related to psychometric assessment content and use cases, primarily for learning and support purposes. The intern should have the urge to research and explore the innovations/awareness in personality & behavioural tools, the type of content and assessments in the market and competition.
