Job summary

Deccan AI Automation Private Limited is seeking a Technical Content Manager to lead strategy, design, and execution of assessment programs that measure and improve learner outcomes. The role combines assessment expertise with project management and SME collaboration to deliver scalable, high-quality assessments across learning programs.

You will head end-to-end assessment design, development, and operations, work with SMEs, and ensure alignment with defined skill outcomes and business goals.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in assessment design, project management, content operations, or EdTech roles.
• Hands-on experience in headhunting SMEs via LinkedIn and managing expert contributors.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple assessment initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience creating and managing assessments aligned to learning outcomes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive end-to-end assessment strategy aligned with learning objectives and business goals.
• Plan and manage assessment roadmaps across programs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Oversee the creation of assessments, quizzes, tests, and evaluation frameworks that measure learner proficiency.
• Lead development and refinement of learner skill matrices and mapping assessments to skills.
• Spearhead SME sourcing and management to ensure assessment quality and relevance.
• Coordinate assessment operations, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
