Job summary

Marsh invites an Intern - SEG Content to support assessment development, question writing, and content curation under senior guidance. You will design blueprints, draft questions, upload to the Mettl platform, and assist in end-to-end assessment testing.

This entry-level role offers structured on-the-job training, exposure to India's skill assessment ecosystem, and collaboration with SSCs, SMEs, and clients. Hybrid work in India is supported, with in-office days and remote work as arranged.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Operating the Mettl platform - upload, build, validate & launch
• Reading and applying for Qualification Packs and NOS documents
• Analyzing question performance data to suggest improvements
