Job summary

Aurigo Software Technologies is seeking a skilled Proposal Writer to manage end-to-end RFX responses for public and private sector clients. You will blend strong writing, project management, and stakeholder coordination to deliver compelling, compliant proposals.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in proposal writing, experience with SaaS solutions, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat. Familiarity with Loopio, Qvidian, Responsive, or Salesforce is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of proposal writing experience.
• Experience writing responses for SaaS solutions.
• Strong project management, communication, and technical writing skills.

• Experience with Loopio, Responsive, Qvidian, or Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFP/RFQ/RFX response processes from planning to submission.
• Develop, tailor, and edit persuasive proposal content.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.
• Ensure proposal compliance, accuracy, and adherence to requirements.
• Coordinate subject matter experts and manage proposal timelines.
• Conduct proposal reviews, revisions, and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain and enhance proposal content libraries (e.g., Loopio).
