Job summary

Meenaar Global Consultants LLP in Faridabad is seeking a Proposal Engineer to translate client requirements into accurate, compliant bids. You will own the bid process from opportunity review through technical and commercial submission, clarification and handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Instrumentation engineering; MBA or commercial qualification is an advantage.
• Two years of relevant experience in proposals, tenders, estimation, contracts or sales support within engineering consultancy, TPI, PMC, EPC, energy or infrastructure services.
• Working knowledge of techno-commercial proposals, manpower-based costing, tender portals and contractual-risk review.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM, ERP or tender-tracking systems is desirable.
• Clear communication, coordination, commercial awareness, attention to detail and deadline control.
