Job summary

Gerab National Enterprises, Hyderabad, India, seeks a proactive Proposal Engineer to support the sales team by preparing competitive quotations and proposals aligned with client specifications. You will coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, has 3+ years in proposal engineering, and understands piping materials, quotations and contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in Proposal Engineering.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, piping or steel industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of piping materials, quotations and contracts.
• Good communication, negotiation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle RFQs, Tender Evaluation & Techno-Commercial Quotations
• Prepare competitive proposals as per client specifications
• Coordinate with Procurement, QC, SCM, Logistics & Sales teams
• Ensure timely order execution and customer support
• Manage contract review, documentation & proposal submissions
• Maintain strong client coordination for project requirements
