Job summary

Multitex Filtration Engineers Limited is seeking an experienced Proposal Engineer for its Noida corporate office to lead technically sound and commercially competitive proposals for Oil & Gas EPC projects. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely bid submissions.

The candidate should have 5+ years in proposal/tendering, hands-on GeM bidding, and strong costing/BOQ knowledge to deliver compliant bids.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Proposal Engineering, Tendering, Estimation or Bid Management.
• Oil & Gas / EPC industry experience is mandatory.
• Hands-on GeM tendering/e-bidding experience is required.
• Strong understanding of EPC tender documents, BOQ/MTO, estimation, costing and bid processes.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and commercial requirements.
• Strong coordination, analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage technical and commercial proposals for Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Review RFQs, tender documents, specifications, BOQ/MTO and client requirements.
• Handle tendering and bid submissions through GeM (Government e-Marketplace).
• Manage GeM e-Bids, Reverse Auctions and related tender documentation.
• Prepare cost estimates, BOQ-based costing, price schedules and commercial submissions.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Projects, Costing and other departments to collect proposal inputs.
• Prepare responses to technical/commercial clarifications and support pre-bid activities.
• Ensure proposals are accurate, compliant and submitted within defined timelines.
• Maintain proposal databases, tender records, costing information and relevant documentation.
