Job summary

Concord Technologies in Pune is seeking a capable candidate to analyze customer RFQs, cost proposals, and bid submissions. You will collaborate with sales and engineering to ensure precise specifications and timely, competitive offers.

Role involves developing technical submittals, costings, and tracking progress across bids while maintaining strong client communication and documentation for successful closures.

Qualifications

• Min. graduate in BE, Diploma, MSc(Electrical/Instrumentation).
• 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RFQs from customers.
• Ensure specifications meet customer requirements.
• Costing using standard processes and tools.
• Prepare offer documentation consistent with data from sales.
• Bid preparation and delivery within tender budget.
• Track status and update sales daily/weekly.
• Assist sales during technical and commercial clarifications.
• Provide benchmark data from similar bids.

Roles and Responsibilities

Analysisof Customer Requirements

• Analyses RFQs (Request for Quotation) fromcustomers.
• Ensure the specifications of proposals meet thecustomer’s requirements and needs.

Costingand Proposal Development

• Prepare costing using standard processes and toolsbased on inputs such as specification documents, P&IDs, layout drawings, IOSummary, BOQ, etc.
• Prepare offer documentation consistent with dataprovided by the sales team.

BidPreparation and Delivery

• Help deliver a winning bid with a clear scope,accurate technical and commercial commitments, within the defined tenderbudget.
• Prepare system architectures, technical submittals,and compliance/deviation lists.

Trackingand Communication

• Maintain tools to track status and completiondaily.
• Update the sales team on progress, obstacles, anddelays on a daily/weekly basis.

Salesand Client Support

• Assist the sales team during technical andcommercial clarifications pertaining to proposals with clients.
• Provide benchmark data from similar bids.

Technical and ManagerialSkill-sets Required

Technical Skills

• Proficient in PLC, field instruments, electricalcontrol/MCC panels, and SCADA/BMS software concepts.
• Proficient at evaluating specificationdocuments, P&IDs, layout drawings, IO Summary, etc.
• Proven expertise or ability to learn and excelvery quickly with new BMS/EMS platforms.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office tools(Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Soft Skills

• Excellent problem-solving and organizationalskills.
• Ability to work independently while alsocollaborating with different teams.
• Able to take decisions in complex contexts basedon imperfect or missing conditions.
• Adaptable to sales stage situations and capableof supporting the sales team.
• Able to work under pressure with tightschedules.

Qualification:

Min. graduate in BE, Diploma, MSc(Electrical/Instrumentation)

Relevant Experience:4-6 years

Experience

• Demonstrated ability to analyze technicaldocuments, layouts, and specifications.
• Hands-on experience or proven capability toadapt to emerging BMS/EMS platforms.
• Proven track record of managing responsibilitiesin high-pressure environments and collaborating across teams.

Remunerationwill be decided on basis of Education/ Technical Skill and Experience.
