Job Description
- Perform wiring of control panels, MCC panels, and PLC panels as per engineering drawings.
- Ensure proper routing, dressing, and termination of cables.
- Tag I/ Os accurately andmaintainconsistency with project documentation.
- Execute ferrule printing and labeling for wires and terminals.
- Verify wiring connections against schematics and rectify discrepancies.
PLC Wiring & Integration
- Carry out PLC wiring activities including I/O connections, power supply wiring, and communication cabling.
- Support engineers during PLC integration and testing phases.
- Assist in troubleshooting wiring issues during FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test).
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain wiring records, ferrule lists, and tagging documentation.
- Ensure compliance with electrical standards, safety practices, and company guidelines.
- Support preparation of as-built drawings and wiring updates.
- Work closely with design engineers and project managers to ensure accurate execution of wiring tasks.
- Provide on-site support during installation and commissioning activities.
- Collaborate with procurement and stores team for material verification and usage.
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of control panel wiring, PLC wiring, and electrical assembly practices.
- Familiarity with electrical drawings, GA diagrams, and wiring schematics.
- Proficiencyin ferrule printing, wire tagging, and terminal identification.
- Basic understanding of PLC hardware and I/O modules.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and best practices.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in wiring and documentation.
- Good communication skills for coordination with engineers and team members.
- Ability to work under tight schedules and deliver quality results.

Qualifications Required
- Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in control panel wiring, PLC wiring, or electrical technician roles.
- Remuneration will be decided on the basis of Education, Technical Skill, and Experience.
