Ace Technologies in Borivali, Mumbai, seeks a Senior Proposal Engineer for Water & F&B Process Solutions to manage technical and engineering aspects of tenders for water treatment projects.

The role involves reviewing tender documents and customer requirements, developing suitable water treatment process schemes, preparing techno-commercial proposals, carrying out equipment sizing and cost estimation, and coordinating with sales, manufacturing, projects, service, suppliers, and clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–8 years' experience in proposal preparation for water treatment plants.
• Hands-on knowledge of RO, UF, DM, MGF, ACF and UV systems.
• Experience with PFDs, P&IDs, BOQs, cost estimates, OPEX calculations, hydraulics and line sizing.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, technical specs and customer requirements.
• Develop water treatment process schemes based on project needs.
• Prepare mass balance, equipment parameters and process layouts.
• Produce full techno-commercial proposals including PFDs, P&IDs, BOQs and cost estimates.
