Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end proposal process from opportunity identification to final submission.

This role includes analysing RFPs and bid documents, coordinating proposal timelines, and gathering necessary information from internal stakeholders. The specialist will draft, edit, and format proposal content to align with client requirements and company standards, ensuring persuasive and compliant responses. Daily activities also involve maintaining proposal templates, updating content libraries, and collaborating with sales, operations, and subject matter experts to produce high-quality proposals. The role requires consistent communication, adherence to deadlines, and careful documentation of proposal outcomes for continuous improvement.

• QualificationsStrong Proposal Management skills, including planning, organizing, and overseeing the full proposal lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Proposal Writing, with the ability to create clear, persuasive, and compliant content tailored to RFP requirements.
• Experience working with RFP processes, including reviewing, interpreting, and responding to complex bid specifications.
