Qualifications

Role Description

The Property Operations Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in North Goa, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across assigned villas. This role coordinates housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge activities to ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and guest-ready at all times. The supervisor manages on-ground teams, monitors service quality, resolves guest and owner issues, and ensures adherence to company standards and operating procedures. Daily responsibilities include scheduling staff, inspecting properties, tracking inventory, supporting budget and cost controls, and collaborating with guest relations and revenue teams to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Property Management, or a related field is preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in property operations, hospitality operations, villa management, hotel operations, or a related field.
• Experience working across multiple properties or managing day-to-day property operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of villa/property operations, housekeeping coordination, maintenance coordination, and hospitality service standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook) is preferred.
