This is an on-ground role ideal for someone operationally strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling both guests and property upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs
• Oversee housekeeping coordination and quality checks
• Monitor routine maintenance and report issues promptly
• Ensure villas are fully operational and guest-ready at all times
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth operations
• Maintain basic documentation and operational reports

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, villa management, or property operations
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Practical problem-solving approach
• Willingness to be on-site and handle operational challenges
• Two-wheeler preferred
• Must currently be stationed in North Goa
