Job summary

Tisya Stays in Goa is seeking an Operations Executive – Housekeeping to ensure guest-ready properties at all times. You will lead the housekeeping team, uphold quality across villas, and work with the operations lead to raise standards of presentation and service.

You will oversee scheduling, training, inventory, and adherence to SOPs for multiple properties in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment, with opportunities to grow into senior operations as we scale.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in housekeeping operations.
• Experience in hotels, resorts, luxury villas, or high-end stays preferred.
• Strong operational discipline and eye for detail; capable of leading a team.
• Effective communication with teams and guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end housekeeping operations across all properties.
• Schedule, train, and day-to-day manage housekeeping staff.
• Conduct property readiness checks before every guest check-in.
• Manage inventory of linen, consumables, cleaning supplies, and amenities.
• Maintain SOPs and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate with operations and guest experience teams on turnovers and requests.
• Identify and escalate maintenance issues proactively.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Operations Executive – Housekeeping, you will be responsible for ensuring all properties are guest-ready at all times. You'll lead and manage the housekeeping team, maintain quality standards across properties, and work closely with the operations lead to continuously raise the bar on presentation, cleanliness, and service delivery.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• End-to-end housekeeping operations across all Tisya Stays properties
• Scheduling, training, and day-to-day management of housekeeping staff
• Property readiness checks before every guest check-in
• Inventory management — linen, consumables, cleaning supplies, and amenities
• Maintaining SOPs and ensuring consistent adherence to quality standards
• Coordinating with the operations and guest experience team on turnovers and special requests
• Identifying and escalating maintenance issues proactively

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3–4 years of experience in housekeeping operations
• Prior experience in hotels, resorts, luxury villas, or high-end stays preferred
• Strong operational discipline with a sharp eye for detail
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a housekeeping team
• Proactive, reliable, and execution-oriented — someone who takes ownership
• Ability to manage multiple properties and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills; basic proficiency in English or Hindi is a plus
