Job summary

Espangle Consulting in Goa seeks a property sourcing specialist to identify and source hotels, villas, and hospitality properties in Goa, conduct on-ground visits, and evaluate properties against our operational requirements.

You will build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, and other local stakeholders, coordinating discussions, negotiations, documentation and follow-ups to drive execution. Extensive fieldwork and self-motivation are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing hospitality properties such as hotels and villas.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to conduct on-ground property evaluations and market analysis.

Role & responsibilities:

• Identify and source suitable hotels, villas, and hospitality properties in Goa.

• Conduct local market research covering hospitality demand, competition, pricing, locations, and property potential.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, and other local stakeholders.
• Coordinate property discussions, negotiations, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Support the team in taking shortlisted properties from initial identification through to execution.
• Independently handle day-to-day on-ground activities and provide regular updates to the central team.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Male candidate preferred.
• Must have their own vehicle and be comfortable travelling extensively for property visits and meetings.
• Preference for candidates from a city/region near Goa but not Goa itself.
• Prior experience in hospitality, hotel/villa operations, real estate, property acquisition, business development, or a related field would be preferred.
• Good understanding of the hospitality market, hotels, villas, and property evaluation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and independent on-ground execution.
• Strong ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
