Job summary

Beauty and Cosmetics is seeking a Regional Head to drive retail expansion and real estate acquisition in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. You will lead store expansion, build broker, landlord and developer networks, and target 15–20 site conversions per month.

The candidate should have 5–20 years of experience in retail expansion, real estate, leasing or BD, with strong knowledge of Karnataka/Tamil Nadu markets, proven site acquisition and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel extensively.

We are looking for an experienced Regional Head to drive retail expansion and real estate acquisition. We are specifically looking for candidates with property acquisition experience in retail, QSR, quick commerce, or tower and ATM land acquisition.
