Job summary

Delartis Designs LLP is seeking a Project Site Lead to manage site operations for luxury interior fittings and architectural construction projects. You will bridge design intent with on-site execution, enforce quality benchmarks, and ensure timely completion within budget.

Responsibilities include leading subcontractors, coordinating with vendors, reviewing GFC drawings on site, and maintaining safety and quality across all project locations.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience leading turnkey interior fit-outs and architectural construction sites.
• Strong leadership skills with proven authority over sub-contractors, vendors, and site labor.

• Manage day-to-day site operations, contractor schedules, material deliveries, and manpower deployment.
• Enforce strict quality control standards for civil work, MEP installations, custom joinery, flooring, and paint finishes.
• Review Good-For-Construction (GFC) drawings on site and resolve technical execution clashes with design teams.
