Role & responsibilities - Oversees daily execution of civil, electrical, carpentry, and finishing work at premium residential/commercial sites, ensuring strict adherence to approved designs, timelines, and quality benchmarks. Coordinates with contractors, vendors, and the design team to resolve on-site issues and maintain workmanship standards befitting high-end clientele. Conducts regular quality checks, safety compliance audits, and material verification against BOQ specifications. Reports daily progress, delays, and site photographs to the Project Manager/Designer for client updates.

Preferred candidate profile - 13 years of hands-on experience supervising civil, electrical, and carpentry work on residential/commercial interior projects, preferably with a design-build firm. Strong on-site coordination skills, basic knowledge of BOQ/drawings, and ability to manage contractors while maintaining quality standards for premium clientele.
