Base pay range

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for project planning and coordination with all departments, providing support to the site team for installation and commissioning of solar power projects.
2. Managing and executing EPC electrical solar DC/AC projects from design/engineering phase until project closeout.
3. Accountable for on-time project delivery, quality compliance, cost planning and control, project margin, and customer satisfaction throughout the project cycle.
4. Serving as the single point of contact for customers and internal management regarding project deliverables.
5. Finalizing project management plans and execution strategies.
6. Conducting project cost analysis, planning, monitoring, and control; responsible for the project costing sheet.
7. Ensuring contractual documentation and communication with customers regarding scope, time, cost, and quality issues.
8. Skills required include project management, communication, team collaboration, time management, quality assurance, risk assessment, data analysis, and regulatory compliance.
