Job summary

Skillventory in India is seeking a results-driven B2B Project Sales professional to drive sales targets in the Building Materials segment. You will engage with Architects, Builders, Contractors and Consultants to identify and close project opportunities.

This role focuses on influencer management and strategic partnerships, building strong relationships with distributors and channel partners, and ensuring excellent customer service for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of on-roll B2B project sales experience.
• Experience in the Building Materials industry.
• Strong exposure to project sales and influencer management.
• Experience working with Architects, Builders, Contractors & Consultants.
• Stable career track record with valid reasons for job changes.
• Pure Retail/B2C Sales profiles will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B Project Sales and achieve business targets
• Generate business through Architects, Builders, Contractors & Consultants
• Build relationships with Interior Designers, Electricians, Plumbers & other influencers
• Identify, track & convert project opportunities into closures
• Coordinate with distributors & channel partners for market expansion
• Conduct product presentations and provide technical support to customers
• Track market trends, competitor activities & upcoming projects
• Ensure excellent customer service and long-term relationship management
