Job summary

Goldmedal Electricals Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking a results-driven sales professional to promote and sell electrical products, including wires and cables, lighting, switches, switchgears and fans.

The role involves regular visits to builders, contractors, commercial establishments, industries and project sites to meet sales targets and drive growth. You will build and sustain relationships with builders, EPCs, consultants, PMC agencies and project clients; identify new opportunities,

Qualifications

• Must have experience in selling electrical products such as Switches, Wires & Cables, Wiring Devices, Switchgears, Fans, Lighting, and other electrical products.
• Experience in handling builders, contractors, EPCs, consultants, PMCs, and project clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business development and relationship-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell electrical products including Wires & Cables, Professional Lighting, Switches, Switchgears, and Fans.
• Conduct regular visits to builders, contractors, commercial establishments, industries, healthcare institutions, educational organizations, and project sites.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, EPC companies, electrical consultants, PMC agencies, industries, and commercial clients.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
• Follow up with customers and contractors to convert project opportunities into orders.
• Identify new project opportunities and generate quality leads.
• Develop and onboard new Project Channel Partners.
• Track upcoming projects and work closely with customers and consultants to secure business.
• Organize factory visits for key customers and support business conversion.
