Job summary

Anusha Technovision Pvt. Ltd. in Pune seeks an experienced sales professional to drive high-end lighting, automation, and A/V system solutions for premium hospitality, residential, and corporate clients.

You will identify key architects and consultants, build strong client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored, value-added proposals, contracts, and installations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in High End Lighting/Switches/Security Devices/Audio Visual industry
• Experience in selling to hospitality, residential and corporate sectors
• Degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Experience in home automation or related industries will be considered

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Automation Products, Lighting Controls, and Audio Video Systems to high-end clients.
• Identify and target potential clients such as architects, electrical consultants, chief engineers in hotels, and lighting consultants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients, ensuring excellent communication and professional representation of the company.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as project execution and quotation departments to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of projects.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in alignment with client requirements.

Our Requirement:

Minimum 5 years in High End Lighting/Switches/Security Devices /Audio Visual industry/ High End

Furniture/ Bathroom fittings/High end Flooring/BMS. Or selling items which are exclusive and niche, which adds value to a hotel project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Automation Products, Lighting Controls, and Audio Video Systems to high-end clients, including hospitality, residential, and corporate sectors.
• Identify and target potential clients such as architects, electrical consultants, chief engineers in hotels, and lighting consultants.

Client Interaction:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients, ensuring excellent communication and professional representation of the company.
• Present tailored solutions to meet client-specific needs for homes, offices, and hotels.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with internal teams such as project execution and quotation departments to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in alignment with client requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education:

• Degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in sales within the Home Automation or related industries will also be considered.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong self-confidence and ability to interact effectively with high-end clients.
