Job summary

Forms+Surfaces is seeking a Project Sales Coordinator to join our Pune plant and manage end-to-end inside sales coordination, tender preparation, and order entry for India, Middle East, APEC and Europe.

You will coordinate with sales, operations, engineering, accounts, logistics and installation to ensure orders are entered, produced and dispatched smoothly; review PO terms, contracts, and approvals; prepare quotations and technical proposals; and maintain ERP records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering / civil engineering or interiors design.
• 5-6 years of work experience as Sales Coordination or Inside Sales.
• Experience in managing customer service function or sales coordination function.
• Work experience in architectural products environment is preferred.
• Experience in handling export orders for Middle east, APEC & Europe.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• ERP experience (preferably M2M ERP).
• Ability to read and understand drawings & documents, determine scope of work and communicate it.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for end to end inside sales coordination management.

• Study and prepare customer tenders, BOQ estimation and bidding documents.
• Providing sales support to sales team by preparing quotations, detailed technical proposals, purchase orders into sales order and getting approvals from customer: PO, advance, sample and drawing (CSD) approval.
• Co-ordinate among sales team, operations, engineering, accounts, logistics and installation to facilitate orders entry, production & dispatch etc.
• Maintaining good relationships with customers by working closely with the sales team. Interact with customers on progress of order and resolve complaints.
• Work with finance and logistics for payments, letter of credit, ABG/ PBG related documentation.
• Preparing sales reports and other financial reports as may be required.
• Create and maintain database (address, contacts, GST details, etc) of all customers in ERP.
• Prepare order related documents like sales order, pro-forma invoices, etc. from the in ERP.
• Follow up on account receivables in coordination with sales managers.
• Coordinate warranty, rejection, replacement claims.
• Coordinate for compliance related documentation.
• Communication and project coordination in India, Middle east, APEC & Europe.
• Fulfilment of ISO and other compliances within the company.

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Excellent IT skills and ability to learn and champion company’s systems.
• ERP experience (preferably M2M ERP).
• Ability to read and understand drawings & documents, determine scope of work and communicate it to respective teams.
• High energy, motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills, while being assertive in a team environment. Problem solving and ability to close the issues.
• Ability to read and understand material specifications.
• Able to work with various departments effectively.
• Understand on export process, incoterms, documentation.
• RFP/ RFQ handling & sales order making in ERP.
• Basic knowledge of taxation.
• Ready to relocate near to factory near Wagholi, Pune.
