Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management to lead on-site multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and basic reporting.

Role Description

The Project Manager – Transmission Lines is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing transmission line projects from initiation to commissioning, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, procurement, logistics, and construction teams; managing timelines and resources; monitoring progress at project sites; and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The role involves reviewing technical documents, supervising inspections, addressing project risks, and communicating status updates to senior management and clients. The Project Manager also works closely with expediting and logistics personnel to secure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues impacting project execution.
