Electrical Engineer Transmission Line

Location: Head Office, Jaipur

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Electrical Engineer – Transmission Line to join our Head Office in Jaipur. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring multiple transmission line project sites from the Head Office, preparing project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth coordination between the Head Office, site teams, clients, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor Transmission Line Projects from the Head Office.
• Maintain regular coordination with all project sites and Site Engineers / Project Managers.
• Prepare project work plans, schedules and execution strategies as per project requirements.
• Monitor site-wise progress and ensure projects are completed within the planned timeline.
• Collect and review daily/weekly progress reports from all sites.
• Coordinate requirements related to manpower, material, machinery and equipment for different sites.
• Coordinate with site teams for resolving technical and execution-related issues.
• Monitor project milestones and identify delays, bottlenecks and critical activities.
• Prepare and maintain MIS, progress reports and project status reports for management.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors whenever required.
• Review drawings, BOQ, specifications and other technical documents related to transmission line projects.
• Coordinate material planning, dispatch and availability at project sites.
• Support the project team in estimation, planning, billing and documentation activities.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with site teams to ensure proper execution as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Plan and coordinate site visits whenever required.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all ongoing projects.
• Provide regular updates to senior management regarding project progress, requirements and issues.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Transmission Line / Power Transmission / Electrical EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of Transmission Line Project Execution and Planning.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple project sites from Head Office.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and project planning/reporting will be preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to prepare project schedules, progress reports and MIS.
• Good understanding of manpower, material and equipment planning.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned projects.
