Job summary

Salasar Techno Engineering invites an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee Transmission Line projects at the site in Arunachal Pradesh. The candidate will coordinate with the Project Manager, site engineers, surveyors, contractors, vendors and clients to ensure safe, timely and compliant execution.

Responsibilities include preparing and tracking schedules and progress reports, monitoring surveys, foundations, tower erection, and commissioning, and MIS reporting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Transmission Line projects.
• Experience in project coordination/planning and site execution.
• Candidates with experience in 132 kV / 220 kV / 400 kV Transmission Lines will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of Transmission Line activities, project scheduling, and MIS reporting.
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to work at project site in Arunachal Pradesh.
• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification.

• Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Engineers, Surveyors, contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor activities such as survey, foundation, tower erection, stringing, and commissioning.
• Track project progress against timelines and highlight delays or execution issues.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Planning, QA/QC, Safety, and Site teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Follow up on material requirements and availability at site.
• Maintain MIS, project trackers, MOMs, and other project documentation.
• Support the Project Manager in resolving site-level issues and ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
• Ensure activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding project progress, manpower, materials, and site issues.
