Job summary

ApMoSys Technologies Private Limited in Kolkata seeks an experienced TCoE Project Manager with 15+ years in banking domain testing. Lead end-to-end testing programs, governance, and large-scale CoE operations across functional, automation, performance, security and API testing.

You will coordinate with bank stakeholders, vendors and internal teams to ensure compliant, timely delivery and robust test artifacts. Immediate to 30 days joining preferred, with extensive cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years overall experience in project management and software testing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing Testing Centre of Excellence (TCoE).
• Strong knowledge of banking applications, testing governance and vendor coordination.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including test leads and automation engineers.
• Proven ability to deliver on complex SDLC/STLC processes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the overall TCoE project plan, milestones and delivery timelines.
• Act as the primary liaison between Bank and ApMoSys teams, owners, OEMs and vendors.
• Govern the complete testing lifecycle from requirement analysis to closure.
• Manage Functional, Automation, Performance, Security and API Testing engagements.
• Coordinate onboarding, environment readiness, data, builds and interfaces.
• Publish daily/weekly/monthly status reports and dashboards.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of testers and engineers and monitor progress.
• Facilitate defect triage meetings and ensure timely resolution and re-testing.
• Track risks, issues and dependencies with mitigation actions.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC/STLC, SLA, security policies and regulatory expectations.

Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in Banking domain testing? Do you excel at managing large-scale Testing Centers of Excellence (TCoE)? We are looking for a dynamic TCoE Project Manager to join our team in Kolkata!

Joining Timeline: Immediate to 30 days preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the overall TCoE project plan, milestones, resource allocation, dependencies and delivery timelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact between Bank & ApMoSys teams, application owners, OEMs and third-party vendors.
• Govern the complete testing lifecycle, including requirement analysis, test planning, test design, execution, defect management and test closure.
• Manage Functional Testing, Test Automation, Performance Testing, Security Testing, API Testing and Integration Testing engagements.
• Coordinate application onboarding, environment readiness, access, test data, build deployment and interface availability.
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly project reviews and publish status reports, dashboards and management updates.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams comprising test leads, functional testers, automation engineers, performance testers and security testers.
• Monitor test coverage, execution progress, pass percentage, defect ageing, automation coverage, vulnerabilities and performance observations.
• Facilitate defect triage meetings and ensure timely resolution, retesting, closure or formal risk acceptance.
• Track project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies and define appropriate mitigation and escalation actions.
• Ensure adherence to Bank’s SDLC/STLC processes, SLA, information-security policies, contractual requirements and regulatory expectations.
• Support audits and Bank reviews by maintaining complete project documentation, traceability and compliance evidence.
• Drive process standardization, reusable test assets, quality improvements and productivity enhancement across the TCoE.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• MBA, PMP, PRINCE2, CSM or ISTQB certification is preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in software testing, IT delivery or project management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing testing or quality‑assurance projects.
• Experience in managing a Testing Centre of Excellence or large enterprise testing engagement(preferred)
• Strong knowledge of banking applications, testing governance, stakeholder management and vendor coordination.
• Experience managing Functional, Automation, Performance and Security Testing teams.
• Strong presentation, data analysis and representation skills
