QualityKiosk Technologies is looking for an experienced Test Manager for Process Design and Governance for banking digital transformation programs and drive end-to-end quality assurance across critical lending platforms.

Experience range: 12 yrs. Location: Navi Mumbai. ISTQB certification preferred and strong knowledge of QA governance and test management tools.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software testing/QA with strong process design exposure.
• Experience establishing or governing a TCoE / shared services testing model.
• Deep knowledge of test management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and QA governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end testing process frameworks for the TCoE.
• Define SOPs, templates, and playbooks for test design and reporting.
• Establish governance structures including RACI and escalation matrices.
• Partner with delivery leads to assess testing maturity and drive improvements.
• Define metrics and dashboards to track TCoE performance.
• Lead process audits to ensure client SLAs and internal benchmarks.

QualityKiosk Technologies is looking for an experienced Test Manager for Process Design and Governance for banking digital transformation programs and drive end-to-end quality assurance across critical lending platforms.

Experience range: 12 yrs

Location: Navi Mumbai.

Must Have

• 12 plus years in software testing/QA, including 3-4 years in a process design, quality, or center-of-excellence (CoE) role
• Proven experience setting up, scaling, or governing a TCoE / shared services testing model / managed testing practice
• Strong understanding of test management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and QA governance frameworks
• Working knowledge of test management tools (Jira, qTest, ALM/QC, or similar)
• Strong stakeholder management skills able to work across client and internal delivery teams, pod leads, and practice heads
• Strong documentation and process-mapping skills (SOPs, RACI, escalation matrices)

Certifications:

• ISTQB (Foundation or Advanced level)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end testing process frameworks (test strategy, test planning, execution governance, defect management, and closure processes) for the TCoE.
• Define and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and playbooks for test case design, traceability, and reporting across engagements.
• Establish governance mechanisms RACI structures, escalation matrices, review cadences to ensure process adherence across pods and towers (e.g., core banking, payments, digital channels).
• Partner with delivery leads and engagement managers to assess current-state testing maturity and drive process re-engineering or transition initiatives.
• Define metrics and KPIs (defect leakage, test coverage, cycle time, automation ratio) and build dashboards/reporting mechanisms to track TCoE performance.
• Lead process audits and compliance checks to ensure alignment with client contractual SLAs and internal quality benchmarks.
