Job summary

CJ Konsultants is seeking a hands-on site operations professional to oversee retail fit-outs across multiple stores. The role focuses on interpreting MEP and fixture drawings, and preparing BOQs for civil and electrical works in dark/retail spaces and warehouses.

You will coordinate with vendors, manage 15–20+ store projects for major brands, and ensure smooth execution with strong stakeholder communication and on-site oversight.

Qualifications

• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of retail fit-outs, civil and electrical works.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret MEP, fixture drawings.
• BOQs covering complete civil & electrical fit-outs for dark/retail stores, & warehouses.
• Conduct site survey & prepare BOQs.
• Manage 15–20+ dark/retail stores for corporate brands (Zepto, Blinkit, Zudio, Burger King, etc)
