Qualifications

• 3+ years of Scrum Master experience in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery.
• Understanding of API design and web security basics.
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile/Scrum principles and continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove delivery impediments, risks, and dependencies.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure effective backlog management and sprint execution.
• Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and sprint progress.
• Contribute hands‑on to software development, code reviews, debugging, and technical design discussions when capacity permits.
• Support delivery of high‑quality, scalable solutions using Java and/or Angular technologies.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Scrum Master who combines Agile leadership with hands‑on technical expertise. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Agile best practices, remove impediments, and drive successful sprint delivery while also contributing to development activities using Java/Python/Angular during available capacity.

Preferred Certifications

• Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
