xLM, LLC in Nashik, India is seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager with 1–3 years of Agile delivery experience to support planning and delivery of projects. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and clear communication within an Agile framework.

The role focuses on assisting with planning, sprint ceremonies, tracking progress, maintaining documentation, and ensuring governance. Onsite Nashik presence is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or PMO roles.
• Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum ceremonies and lifecycle.
• Exposure to software development or IT projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of projects following Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track sprint progress, velocity, and burndown charts.
• Maintain project documentation such as requirements, specifications, and test records.
• Keep Jira, Confluence and other tools updated with accurate information.
• Document meeting minutes, actions, and decisions for team communication.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align goals and timelines.
• Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies as needed.
• Support adherence to Agile principles and governance standards.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager with 1–3 years of experience and exposure to Agile and Scrum methodologies to support the successful planning and delivery of projects. This role involves working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely execution, clear communication, and continuous improvement within an Agile framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of projects following Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track and monitor sprint progress, including deliverables, team velocity, and burndown charts.
• Manage and maintain project documentation such as User Requirements, Functional Specifications, Configuration Specifications, Test Protocols, and Test Execution records.
• Keep Agile project tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) updated with accurate and timely information.
• Document meeting minutes, action items, and key decisions for effective team communication.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and expectations.
• Identify, track, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies as needed.
• Support adherence to Agile principles and ensure compliance with project governance standards and processes.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum practices.
• Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and task follow‑through.
• Ability to manage time and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
