Role & responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile/Scrum practices, support cross-functional teams, and ensure effective delivery of projects. The ideal candidate should be skilled in Agile methodologies, team coordination, stakeholder communication, and removing impediments.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Guide the team in following Agile and Scrum principles.
• Remove or elevate impediments that affect team productivity and delivery.
• Work closely with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
• Track sprint progress, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and Agile best practices.
• Support the team in achieving sprint and project goals.
• Coordinate with developers, testers, business teams, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and communicate project risks and delivery challenges.
• Prepare and maintain Agile metrics and reports such as Burndown/Burnup charts, velocity, and sprint reports.
• Encourage collaboration, transparency, accountability, and self-organization within the team.

Required Skills
