Job summary

YASH Technologies invites experienced Scrum Masters to join our delivery teams in Bengaluru. The role requires 7-10 years of overall experience and 3-4 years as Scrum Master, with mandatory SAFe agile knowledge and exposure to healthcare domain.

You will plan and steer multiple concurrent projects, ensure quality and on-time delivery, lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and mentor staff while aligning with corporate policies.

Job Description:

• Relevant Scrum Master Experience: 3–4 Years
• Plan and set direction for multiple concurrent projects of varying size or a large (enterprise/cornerstone) project that supports several businesses and/or functions.
• Responsible for the quality and delivery of systems and or service commitments on schedule, using assigned internal/external resources and following standards.
• Manage/lead all phases beginning to end of the project. Assist clients in identifying, understanding and responding to opportunities for cost-effective innovation and adherence to corporate policies.
• Manage activities of all internal/external resources on projects or service deliverables.
• May be accountable for one or more business systems, technologies and/or vendors.
• May be responsible for a small number of direct reports.
• Accountable for large (cornerstone/enterprise) or several varying size projects, demonstrate solid technical knowledge, demonstrate strong business knowledge, require limited direction, give significant direction, handle highly complex problems, possesses extensive knowledge of project development processes and/or SDLC, have strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Manage/lead entire project or service including technical solution, implementation, support and quality. Understand and direct/participate in all phases of project implementation on multiple large projects.
• Prioritize work and schedules.
• Review project team deliverables to ensure quality (design walk-through, test results, etc.) and adherence standards/regulatory requirements.
• Interact with customers to understand their business and to anticipate IT solutions based on business and technical knowledge. Manage the customer relationship with business project sponsor.
• Responsible for capital and expense project budget. Assist the business in capital and expense planning for IT projects as well.
• Provide direct supervision and mentoring of project team member?s during the project. Provide project performance feedback to the team member?s supervisor/manager
• Participate in the research, analysis, selection, and implementation of new tools, technologies and/or services.
• Participate in setting direction and standards for the portfolio or group. Qualifications: In generality as a specific role may require experience in a specific business function or experience with specific software tools or packages those skills would be specified.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed above satisfactorily and demonstrated in prior work experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities -

• Expert in project management/processes and/or SDLC. Strong business acumen.
• Solid presentation skills, oral and written communication skills and teamwork skills.
• Proven track record on delivering large scale projects.
• Leadership and budget experience.

Project Management Certification preferred. Demonstrated history of successful project delivery Include the education and experience that is necessary to perform the job satisfactorily.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred or relevant work experience.

7-10 years of systems experience including 3+ years of project leadership.
