Job summary

Runmap Infotech Private Ltd. in India is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery, coach teams, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement across projects.

The role requires 6+ years in Agile environments, strong knowledge of Scrum events, and hands-on experience with JIRA; certification (CSM/PSM) is a plus, immediate join preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of overall experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile practices, user stories, sprints, reviews and retrospectives.
• At least 1 successfully delivered project as a Scrum Master.
• Experience delivering at least 3 technical projects with exposure to software development or project management.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar Agile tools.
• CSM/PSM or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
• Coach the team on Scrum principles, Agile practices, transparency, inspection, and adaptation.
• Support the Product Manager in release planning and delivery.
• Identify and remove impediments, including cross-team coordination and organizational challenges.
• Promote an Agile culture, collaboration, cross-training, and shared accountability.
• Facilitate effective communication, conflict resolution, decision-making, and goal setting.
• Maintain Agile tracking tools and boards such as JIRA.
• Monitor team performance and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
• Guide teams and stakeholders in adopting Scrum and other Agile methodologies.
