Job summary

Exalans and Hunar is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices, support development teams, and ensure timely delivery of projects in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban, excellent communication and facilitation skills, and the ability to coach teams toward continuous improvement across cross-functional and distributed groups in India.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience as Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar Agile tools.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Ability to coach teams and drive Agile transformation initiatives.
