Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Scrum Master to support our software development teams in delivering high‑quality products using Agile methodologies. The Scrum Master will work closely with QA, development, and product teams to ensure smooth sprint execution, acting as a servant leader, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring continuous improvement across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives
• Guide and coach the team on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and values
• Remove obstacles or impediments that impact the team’s progress
• Work closely with the Product Owner to manage and prioritize the product backlog
• Ensure clear communication and collaboration between cross‑functional teams
• Track and report project progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.)
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
• Promote self‑organization and accountability within the team
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
• Help teams adopt Agile tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development projects
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Scrum certification preferred (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, etc.)
