Dormer Pramet is looking for an Project Manager - SAP Implementation.

This position can be located anywhere in India as it's a fully remote role.

Job Purpose

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating the activities within the project. This includes planning and coordinating the delivery of one common way of working within finance, supply chain, sales, and production. The role involves working closely with our SAP supplier and our process experts, coordinating the transformation from the current way of working to the OneWay principles at the operational level. This role focuses on the OneWay implementation and leads the project, working closely with sales and production units, both within Dormer Pramet and in multiline units for markets in Asia.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and manage the project (scope, time, cost, and quality).
2. Monitor and control the progress, forecasting.
3. Inform and motivate co-workers and stakeholders.
4. Secure all phases of each rollout are planned and delivered.
5. Follow the project plan (timeline) and its progress.
6. Control project tasks.
7. Coordinate cross-functional topics.
8. Ensure the project delivers business value.
9. Guarantee compliance with related policies, guidelines, and procedures.
10. Coordinate workforce in the project, both internal and external.
11. Act as incident manager (Hypercare).

Required Background

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
2. Solid experience in change management and proven record from SAP projects.
3. Knowledgeable about project management processes and principles to plan and coordinate a project changing/introducing ERP platforms.
4. Proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude.
5. Able to work globally, managing and bringing out the best from cultural and operational differences.
6. Support and drive others through training, guiding, and making change happen.
7. Influence others through well-structured communication; adapt to the receiver and be a good listener.
