Job summary

Your TA Partner in Gurugram is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee ERP projects from initiation to closure. You will lead cross-functional teams and drive best practices in SDLC to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery across ERP modules.

The role emphasizes hands-on Scrum/Agile leadership, risk management, and stakeholder communication, with focus on FICO, SCM, CRM, and HRMS implementations across industries.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of overall experience with at least 3-9 years of Project Management Experience.
• MBA or equivalent degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in ERP Project Management.
• Experience in implementing modules like FICO, SCM, CRM, HRMS across industries.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Scrum methodology and Agile practices preferred.
• 3+ years of professional Scrum Master experience.
• Experience in onsite, remote and virtual team management.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, collaborative environment for developers and testers.
• Ensure KPIs for developers and testers are tracked and reported for onsite/remote/hybrid workers.
• Convene meetings and plan agendas to address important issues.
• Provide continuous feedback through regular one-on-one meetings.
• Plan, document, manage, and evaluate staff performance.
• Contribute to training needs and mentoring of less skilled professionals.
