As a Project Manager specializing in SAP Business One Functional, your primary responsibility is to manage and oversee the successful implementation and delivery of SAP Business One software solutions to clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, consultants, and stakeholders, to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, meet client requirements, and are delivered within the allocated time and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Risk and Issue Management: Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor obstacles that may impact project timelines, scope, or quality. Proactively manage changes and ensure adherence to change control processes.
• Quality Assurance: Define and implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality SAP Business One solutions. Conduct regular reviews and testing to validate system functionality and adherence to client requirements.
• Training and Support: Collaborate with trainers and support teams to develop training materials and deliver training sessions to end-users. Provide post-implementation support and address any issues or questions raised by users.
• Project Evaluation and Closure: Conduct project evaluations to assess project success, identify areas for improvement, and capture lessons learned. Ensure proper project closure activities, including final documentation, handover, and transition to support teams.
