Role Overview:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager for SAP Business One implementation and management. The ideal candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and completion, ensuring that SAP Business One is successfully implemented and customized to meet the business's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Management:
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP Business One, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (internal and external) to ensure successful delivery.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep them informed on project progress, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Ensure user requirements and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• System Implementation & Customization:
  • Work with SAP Business One consultants to design and configure solutions based on the businesss specific needs.
  • Oversee data migration, system integration, and testing phases.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to design, test, and deploy system enhancements and customizations.
  • Ensure proper documentation of processes, configurations, and custom developments.
• Quality Assurance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure the project adheres to quality standards and business requirements.
  • Proactively manage risks, addressing any concerns in a timely manner to avoid delays or issues.
  • Conduct regular testing phases to ensure the system works efficiently and effectively.
• Training & Support:
  • Facilitate end-user training on SAP Business One functionality, ensuring smooth adoption of the system.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Proven experience (5+ years) managing SAP Business One implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ERP system integration, particularly with SAP Business One.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Skills:
  • Excellent project management skills with experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Technical Knowledge:
  • Deep understanding of SAP Business One modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, etc.).
  • Experience in system integration, data migration, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with SQL queries, SAP HANA, or other related technical tools is a plus.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with SAP Business One version 9.3 and later.
  • Ability to work with third-party vendors and consultants.
  • Experience in managing international or multi-site ERP projects.
