Kingsmen India is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead turnkey retail interior projects from concept to completion. You will interpret CAD drawings, coordinate design, procurement, installation, and handover, and ensure quality, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

In this role you will manage client communications, vendor relationships, and risk while maintaining accurate progress reports for senior management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end retail interior projects from design to handover.

• Interpret CAD drawings and ensure feasibility for implementation.
• Monitor material quality and installations to meet specifications.
• Source and manage furniture, fixtures, and fittings suppliers.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Maintain records of progress, budgets, and issues; report to clients and management.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team specializing in retail interior projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing turnkey retail interior projects, including furniture and fittings, with an ability to understand and interpret CAD drawings.

You will play a critical role in overseeing project execution from concept to completion, ensuring that all work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Manage and oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, including design, procurement, installation, and handover.
• Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, clients, contractors, suppliers, and designers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Budget Management: Develop, manage, and track project budgets and timelines. Ensure projects are completed within agreed financial and time constraints.
• CAD Drawings: Interpret and review CAD drawings, layouts, and design plans to ensure alignment with client requirements and feasibility for implementation.
• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of materials, finishes, and installations, ensuring that all work complies with specifications and meets client expectations.
• Vendor Management: Source and manage suppliers for furniture, fixtures, and fittings. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks during project execution and implement mitigation plans.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, budgets, and issues, providing regular updates to clients and senior management.
• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Address client concerns, provide regular updates, and manage expectations.
