Cmyk Graphics in Haryana (Gurugram) is seeking a dynamic Project Manager / Project Coordinator. Fresher to 1 year experience preferred. The role focuses on coordinating between clients, internal teams, factory, and installation teams to ensure on-time delivery of signage projects.

You will track projects end-to-end, maintain timelines and MIS, and communicate status to all stakeholders. A strong organizational mindset and willingness to learn are essential for growth in this field.

Responsibilities

• Act as the coordination point between Clients, Internal Project Team, Factory, Vendors & Installation Teams.
• Track projects from order confirmation to production, dispatch, installation, and completion.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, approvals, and smooth communication between all stakeholders.
• Maintain project timelines, trackers, MIS, and regular status reports.
• Coordinate with the factory and vendors to ensure timely production and execution.
• Identify and resolve coordination issues to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
